For over 10 years now, Djamila has devoted her love and passion to Oriental dance. She is regarded as being one of the few dancers to have succeeded in incorporating into her movements that characteristically Arabian feeling which makes this dance so magical. What's more, she is masterful at enthralling audiences again and again with her ability, charm and charisma.

Whether starring in major productions or small shows, Djamila always offer a top-class performance and imaginative dances for 1001 events. Her professionalism, her many years of experience on stage and, not least of all, her exclusive, ever stylishly original costumes turn every performance into a veritable experience. Djamila is not only regarded as being an excellent dancer but is also renowned for her exceptional teaching skills.

She is owner of her own dance studio Orient Academy, one of the biggest bellydance-studios in Europe, an runs workshops at regular intervals in cities throughout Germany and in locations abroad.
